It’s hard to believe we’re in the first week of February already. And like several first quarters of past years, our Boise market has kicked off 2023 with a lot of positive energy and activity. Here in Movado Greens, five homes went pending in January alone.
So, with nine homes remaining in Movado Greens, there’s a chance that you won’t have to wait for completion of a specific home. Blackrock Homes may accept a contract prior to completion; when the home is at the drywall stage. The construction schedule is usually finalized at this point and the completion date is known.
At the drywall stage, we will denote which homes are at this stage of construction on the interactive plat map on our website. Look for the lots that are identified as bright green “Near Completion”. For the fastest response, please email Will at willd@blackrockhomes.com for pricing, completion date, and availability. Blackrock reserves the right to change the construction schedule or wait until the home is complete before making it available to purchase.
Movado Greens is an MLS-friendly neighborhood and instructions will be provided regarding the paperwork to purchase. Additionally, we work with buyers directly so it’s truly a buyer’s decision of which scenario feels most comfortable.
With homes that are under construction, Blackrock Homes will not accept contracts that have contingencies or concessions. A slight exception is when a buyer’s home is under contract and past the appraisal and home inspection phase – those scenarios are common and easily accepted.
