Focusing on fresh colors is key for the design team at Blackrock Homes. By staying within classic palettes, but creating unexpected pairings, such as painted gray cabinets with oil rubbed bronze fixtures and hardware, Blackrock Homes has created a series of interior finish packages that are exciting and timeless. Within their Urban Series, these four packages are all valued at the same level or quality, but differ in color scheme and materials. Blackrock’s interior designer pre-selects which interior finish package is slated for each home in a random order – there is no pattern.

BIRCH: Interior finishes include white painted cabinetry in kitchen, hexagon-shaped white and gray tiled backsplash, stained cabinetry in bathrooms, medium gray quartz countertops, nickel finishes, stainless steel appliances.
OAK: Interior finishes include Medium brown stained cabinets “Caribou” in kitchen and bathrooms, Ashen White granite countertops with white Subway tiled backsplash, brushed nickel finishes, stainless steel appliances.
ELM: Interior finishes include gray painted cabinets in kitchen, stained cabinetry in bathrooms, white quartz countertops with white Subway tiled backsplash, Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes, stainless steel appliances.
WILLOW: Interior finishes include dark stained cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms, white quartz countertops with white Subway tiled backsplash, nickel finishes, stainless steel appliances.
